Cynthia is a seasoned and accredited Mission-Driven Executive and Transition Coach who brings decades of experience as an executive leader and coach. Cynthia is also an avid hiker, backpacker, forager, and a certified Virginia Master Naturalist, among other interests. She is married and mother to two emerging adult humans and three dogs.

Cynthia found coaching through her own leadership journey, including toxic workplaces, challenging parenting situations, and job-loss trauma. Over 30 years of leadership, she built a sector from the ground up. She simultaneously led organizational development and wellness initiatives while coaching executives. She is honored to work with diverse clients who face the same fundamental battles and find the same fundamental truths to support their growth, whatever their circumstance.
